• l Installation & Commissioning of Hardware Products with Software at the client site.
l Troubleshooting of the Hardware Devices as well as Software, providing necessary hardware support at Client site. l Solving networking issue l Respond to clients queries on telephone or the web as and when required l Manage relationships with clients l Work with cross
• functional & Coordinate with technical teams as and when required Requirements: l ITI / Diploma in Electronics and Communication l Minimum 1 – 2 years of exp in hardware support & installation of access control systems l Should be good with English Communication l Should be Logically Strong & should be able to grasp client's requirements about the product l Must have experience in providing Service oriented Solutions Desired Personality traits l Soft spoken & pleasing, professional, presentable at the same time sharp to handle small and large clients l Technically & Logically Strong l Strong Analytics, problem solving & Interpersonal Skills l Strong work ethics and sense of commitment l Ability to balance multiple priorities Key Result Areas l Customer Satisfaction of assigned clients l Problem & query analysis, understanding & Solving Key Performance Indicators l Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to client situations l Zero customer complaints l Client Feedback
