Responsibilities
Perform diagnoses, troubleshoot and repair of electronic/electro-mechanical devices such as printers, routers, switches, and pc’s, following established standard repair procedures and guidelines
Main focus of the position is troubleshooting and repairing various Printers in addition to other peripherals
Tests, diagnose, repairs, burns-in and cleans assigned equipment in accordance with established standard repair procedures
Interacts on a professional level with associates, participating in group meetings, cross-training and information sharing
Monitors safety stock on assigned equipment to meet safety stock requirements
Clean and maintain work area and assigned test equipment and tools
Follows department static control procedures
Maintains required paperwork, records and documentation
Performs other related duties as assigned
