As a result of growth, Roots of Resilience Charter School is currently recruiting full-time probationary elementary school teachers, Junior High school generalist teachers with a range of experience, for the 2026-2027 school year.
Start Date September 2, 2026.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging learning opportunities that align with the curriculum and Charter goals
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Foster students' personal growth, confidence, and self-esteem through culturally relevant teaching practices.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student learning and well-being.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Professional Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in education.
Alberta teaching certification
Experience in multigrade classrooms
Experience in Indigenous education and familiarity with Indigenous pedagogies is an asset.

Competitive Pay Scale and Benefits: $68,500-$115,566.00 per year
