Role Description
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our Pre-Primary and Primary Section. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum plans, teaching students from low-income backgrounds, and ensuring an engaging, supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver creative, interactive, and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Confidently manage classroom activities while fostering discipline and inclusivity
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development
Qualifications & Requirements
• D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)/ Strong representation of teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Certification in Elementary Education preferred
• Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills
• Experience in curriculum development and elementary education is a plus
• Enthusiasm for teaching children from low-income backgrounds
• Flexibility to teach any subject in the Pre-Primary & Primary Section
