Subject: SCIENCE Roles & Responsibilities 1) Trainer will be working as a Virtual trainer for the company from home/own location. 2) Trainer will be taking one to one video classes of the students assigned by the company for the respective courses. The classes are to be taken on Zoom/skype/IMO or a similar tool recommended by the company. 3) Trainer will be assigning the study plan in the format prescribed by the company to the student every week 4) Trainer will be generating the report of the student’s progress every week and shall be sharing that with the company. 5)Trainer will ensure that the student finishes the module in stipulated time and gets satisfactory scores in the tests being taken by the company. 6) Trainer will be using a self-service portal provided by the company to update the availability of time slots, mark the attendance of students. 7) Trainer will strictly follow the guidelines, policies and content provided by the company to conduct the classes as well as update the attendance 8) Design home and class environment to ensure long term educational goals being delivered for one or more batches What will make you a great fit for this? • Love for education Deep interest in any field - design, technology, arts, sciences etc • Excellent verbal and written communication • High level of learnability in known and new disciplines
