What role you will play in team
You will be a crucial member of our field service team
ensuring the smooth and safe operation of elevators in various locations
Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and building safety
What you will do
You will perform preventative maintenance
troubleshoot malfunctions
and repair elevator systems
Your work ensures the safe and reliable transportation of people within buildings
Key responsibility
Conducting preventative maintenance checks on elevators and escalators according to schedule
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical
electrical
and hydraulic components of elevators
Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions swiftly and efficiently
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Responding to emergency calls and providing prompt on
site service
Ordering necessary parts and supplies
Collaborating with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualification and Skills
Diploma
ITI in Electrical
Mechanical Engineering
1
2 years of experience in elevator maintenance
preferred

Strong understanding of elevator mechanics and electrical systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem
solving and analytical skills
Valid driver
s license
