Requirements:
NYS Security Guard License (Valid and in good standing)
Minimum 3 years of Security experience — Bouncer experience is mandatary
Professional appearance required (Suit provided by company; cost recovered via payroll deduction)
Mandatory weekends
Must submit a professional bio with application for client review.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
Duties:
Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
Write reports on incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts
Must be able to communicate with store team/Asset protection
Experience:
Must have detecting and deterring skills
Must have experience in high end luxury retail
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
Understanding of loss prevention techniques and principles
Skills:
NYS Security License
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong observation and attention to detail
