We are hiring for,
Sr. Sales Manager
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Assess the strengths and weakness of the sales team and manage the sales plan accordingly.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, tracking sales Goal, overseeing the activities performance of the sales team.
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling product knowledge update/ training.
Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet
revenue objectives.
Monitor the program for maintaining relationship to existing POSPs and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.
Meet with POSPs to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Creation of new POSPs monthly basis as target given to you.
Sourcing Business through POSPs as target given to you (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly)
Analyze Business/ working/ achievement (weekly/ monthly)
Provide on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals.
Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiors.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Manage month-end sales target achievement process as well as quarter-end/ year-end.
