Elite Support Officer
Pay rate: £14.50ph
Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 40hrs per week
Job Overview:
Mitie are looking for an Elite Support officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a high profile visual presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.
Travel is required up to 30+miles from home address to service a variety of client sites.
You must hold:
• A current valid SIA licence.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history
• 1 year minimum Retail Security Experience
Main duties:
• To deliver industry leading customer service across a variety of client locations
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with local crime partnerships to best combat.
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV (where applicable) to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
