Job Description
• Responsible for planning, Scheduling, Coordination & monitoring execution of all Electrical (ELV) works at site.
• Installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Works (ELV) includes Fire alarm detection systems, CCTV, LAN/DATA, BMS, Fire Suppression System, PA System, EPBAX & Telephone System, Talkback System, AV System and related Earthing system etc.
• To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Necessary Typical Mock up Sample for prior Installations, Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning and QC chart & safety for implementation at site etc.
• Execution Low side Electrical work as per drawing and site condition, wherever required coordination with High side work for ELV part timely execution.
• Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.
• QC check record shall be maintained along with the Photo record of verified Inspection with subcontractor, such record shall be personally inspected for Material, Installation and T&C inspections for various activities on day to day basis at site, and assure that executed works done as per quality & sequence followed at site. Such record shall be updated in server efficiently.
• Inspection record shall be maintained with hard & Scanned copies, same shall be kept on server record. As built inspection record shall be jointly recorded in drawings. +. Chasing the Snag points to close out with sub-contractor within timeframe & closure record shall be maintained.
• Review of method statement of subcontractors for safe working at site and with quality. 11. Standard Operating procedure shall be prepared & implemented for activities to be controlled for ELV works.
• Site Observation Report (SOR), Non-conformance (NCR) preparation & timely issue to subcontractor to avoid reoccurrence & closure.
• Record of quality trouble & resolution of ELV Trouble.
• Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan and adopt safe working culture with help of safety person at site.
• Attend daily Site Meeting for work plan & target and Quality Control as and when required.
• Oversee installation, operation to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Resolve the Site related issues and report to immediate Manager if any deviation or technical or some other issues related to coordinate with the Mechanical/Civil/PEB & other contractors for smooth clear working space without hampering the others work.
• Update daily/weekly MIS & reports and keep the records
• Daily conduct and maintain the tools box meeting & indicates the quality error to subcontractor, not to repeat in works during execution and checking the Height work Permit (above 2m)
• Ensuring proper protection system for all electrical installation.
• Review Client s Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.
Key Skills-
Strong knowledge and experience in fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems.
Proficiency in installation, testing, and maintenance of automation systems Experience in. data network installation, specifically with copper and FTTH Knowledge of building automation systems and parking management systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant certifications and qualifications in the field of automation systems Experience in the construction or security industry is a plus
