Myntra is seeking Email and Chat Support Professionals to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers through email and live chat. Your goal will be to provide quick and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
• * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing their needs, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
• * Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, orders, returns, exchanges, and other services offered by Myntra.
• * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product availability, delivery, and payment processing in a timely manner.
• * Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and improvement.
• * Handle escalated queries with a solution-focused approach, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
• * Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and inventory management to resolve customer issues effectively.
• * Stay updated with new product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• * Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Myntras policies, services, and tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• * Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• * Proficient in using chat software, email platforms, and CRM tools.
• * Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
• * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing quick resolutions.
• * A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
• * Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• * Minimum 1 year of experience in email and chat support, or similar customer service roles.
• * Prior experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• * Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time, with flexible shifts available, including evening and weekend shifts.
• * The role may require working in rotating shifts to cover different time zones.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Strong command of English and Hindi (additional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, etc., are a bonus).
• * Proficient in handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• * A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in resolving customer issues.
• * Technical proficiency with computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
