General Shift:+.30A.M - 6.30P.M
Answering customers' inquiries via Chat, Email, and Social Media. providing the right information. Answering or making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responsibilities :
Email Support staff provide assistance to company customers via email.
Key responsibilities for this role include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues, promoting products and services, maintaining their job knowledge, reporting to supervisors, and forwarding unresolved queries to specialist
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
