Job Description
Responsibilities
• Planning, creation, execution, tracking, and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
• Email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
• Create responsive HTML Email templates, Landing Pages, and HTML Forms and update them regularly.
• Create strategies and roadmap for email marketing to drive increased conversion, and improved engagement
• Design templates and plan content strategy for emails.
• Proactively monitor marketing metrics (open rates/click-through / deliverability / etc. ) and provide analysis of email campaigns and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness
• Develop a deep understanding of customers and build customer targeting, segmentation, and communication strategies to maximize the conversion rate, and cross-sell purchase rate.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to develop engaging and revenue-driving communications.
Requirements
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive frameworks
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail
• Should have proficiency in at least one of the Marketing Automation tools
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing email marketing & amp; database building strategies
• Experience with at least one CRM tool such as Salesforce, Leadsquared, Hubspot, etc is needed
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising email campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Ability to Create High Performing Email Messaging and Subject Lines to ensure maximum performance.
• Strong knowledge of Email Drip Marketing, Automation and Email testing tools
• Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement
