Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Email Marketing Associate to join our dynamic
marketing team. In this role, you will assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to drive
engagement, retention, and conversion. You will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of
email marketing, including list management, segmentation, content creation, and performance
analysis.
As an Email Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our experienced marketing professionals to
develop and implement email strategies that align with our business goals. This role is ideal for a recent
graduate or someone new to the marketing field who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a
fast-paced and innovative environment. You will have the chance to collaborate with different
departments, such as design, content, and sales, to ensure our email campaigns are integrated and
effective. Your creativity and fresh perspective will be highly valued as we continually seek new ways to
engage our audience and improve our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement,
conversions, and revenue.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content, including copywriting
and design elements.
● Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through
rates, and conversion rates.
● Help manage email subscriber lists and segmentations to ensure targeted and personalized
communication.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in email
marketing.
● Support in the optimization of email templates, subject lines, and calls-to-action to improve
campaign effectiveness.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and email marketing tools and technologies.
General Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic understanding of email marketing principles and platforms (experience with platforms like
Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot is a plus).
● HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
● Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing is preferred but not required.
