Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns
• Help conduct quality checks for copy, layout, links, and formatting
• Coordinate digital assets (images, copy, links) required for campaigns
• Support in gathering performance metrics and creating reports
• Maintain and update the internal email calendar
• Contribute to the distribution of newsletters and routine campaign sends
• Help manage and grow mailing lists
• Learn and assist with campaign and list setup in our CRM platforms
• Stay updated on email best practices, design trends, and tools
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and the broader marketing team
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving email delivery
Qualifications:
• A recent graduate or final-year student from any academic background
• Demonstrated interest in marketing through self-learning, online courses, certifications, or personal projects
• Curious and eager to learn about email and digital marketing in a structured, team-oriented setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage tasks on a timeline
• A proactive team player who is receptive to feedback and willing to apply it to improve
