Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Email and WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. You will work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to optimize messaging, design, and targeting.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Segment email lists based on various customer demographics and behaviors.
Analyze and optimize email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve engagement.
Create email automation workflows to nurture leads and engage with current customers.
WhatsApp Campaign Management:
Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing strategies to increase customer interactions.
Create personalized messages, promotional offers, and updates for WhatsApp audiences.
Implement WhatsApp automation for customer engagement and support.
Monitor and optimize WhatsApp message open rates and responses.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key metrics for both email and WhatsApp campaigns and create regular performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Use insights to refine targeting strategies and content.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with content teams to ensure email and WhatsApp messages align with the brand’s voice and goals.
Write compelling copy that drives customer actions, including promotions, product announcements, etc.
Design visually appealing email templates and WhatsApp message layouts.
Customer Engagement:
Use personalization techniques to improve engagement across both platforms.
Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
Build strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
Strong knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo) and WhatsApp Business API.
Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and present data-driven insights.
Experience with WhatsApp Marketing tools (e.g., Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or other related platforms) is a plus.
Preferred:
Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
Experience with SMS or other messaging platforms is a bonus.
