Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services
2. Create email content, subject lines, body copy, and calls to action to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
3. Segment and manage email lists to optimize campaigns
4. Work closely with other marketing team members, and collaborate with creative designers, copywriters, and developers to plan, execute, and track email campaigns
5. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to improve email campaign performance and optimize results
6. Manage and maintain email marketing schedule and budget
7. Monitor email marketing trends and make recommendations for improvements
8. Ensure email campaigns comply with current email regulations and best practices
+. Track and report on email campaign performance using analytics tools
10. Test and improve email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
2. 1+ years of experience in email marketing
3. Strong knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo
4. Experience with designing and delivering successful email marketing campaigns
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
7. Knowledge of current email marketing trends and regulations
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
