Job Description:
Email marketing Executive will be assisting the Marketing team and monitoring of Email Marketing campaigns. Email marketing Executive will also be expected to coordinate with the content and creative team to align the efforts and ensure the deliverables are inline with marketing and communication strategy.
Job Responsibilities
● Designing and implementation of direct and automated mail campaigns as per requirement.
● Review the email content and design with an objective of ensuring optimal performance of the campaign
● Coordinate with Content, Design, Academics Team to ensure content and creative deliverables for the campaigns are as expected
● Monitoring and tracking the active campaigns for its performance
● Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements and improvisations.
● Research and be abreast of latest email marketing trends, technology and best practices
● Assisting team in implementing marketing automations on digital channels
● Coordinate with social media activities like posting and promotions if required.
KPI
● Maintaining 30%+ Open rate across all email campaigns
● Maintaining Click rate of 7% and above across all email campaigns
● 4-5 Broadcast campaigns per month with predefined objectives and cohorts

● Minimum Degree Holder
