Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic mind and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our
dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing,
implementing, and maintaining our email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. This
role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for lead generation and a proven track
record of driving engagement and conversions through email.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Segment email lists based on demographics, purchasing behavior, and engagement levels.
Content Creation and Management:
Design engaging email templates and compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging.
Execution and Optimization:
Schedule and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide regular reports on email marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with current email marketing laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot,
etc.).
Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
