We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion
• Setup website integration with a marketing automation tool either directly or with the help of a third-party tool when required
• Plan, create, and strategize the email and SMS campaign calendar
• Assist in creating and designing engaging email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and adhere to email best practices
• Read the technical documentation for any new development.
• Troubleshoot the marketing automation tool's ongoing flow and journey issues.
• Create an audit proposal for the new client.
• Analyse the campaign and flow data periodically.
• Integrate a third-party tool for reviews, rewards, and so on with the website.
• Help in segmenting email lists and personalizing messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Test and optimize email campaigns to improve performance and deliverability
• Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics to inform future strategy and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in email marketing
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience as an email marketing professional
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and techniques
• Experience with email marketing automation software and tools, such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS for email development
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
