Adit is on the hunt for a sharp and innovative email marketing specialist. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research,and content ideation. As an email marketing specialist, you will also be a member of a dynamic, collaborative team that works across departments to reach goals.
To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable campaigns that drive lead generation education, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting market research to better understand our target audience’s behaviors.
• Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
• Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
• Creating a monthly email campaign calendar.
• Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance and Aof email campaigns.
• Maintaining a database of customers and leads who have opted to receive our correspondence.
• Distributing emails through the use of automation software.
• Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
Requirements:
• Experience with leading email marketing tools such as Zoho campaigns, Mailchimp, Getresponse, and Sendgrid.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag Manager
• Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
• Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software
