At Helpful Insight Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering innovative digital solutions that drive results. We’re currently looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our team and help us craft and execute impactful email campaigns that support our sales and growth goals.
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Interview mode: Face-to-Face only
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Plan and run outbound and follow-up email campaigns that help meet sales targets.
· Create, manage, and fine-tune email campaigns for the sales team.
· Check inboxes, respond to replies, and help qualify leads.
· Write engaging and customized email content for different industries, services, and stages of the buyer journey.
· Work closely with the sales team to make sure your messaging and targeting are in sync.
· Segment leads based on where they came from, how they engage, and who they are, to send them the most relevant emails.
· Track how emails perform (opens, clicks, replies, conversions), and use that data to improve results.
· Run A/B tests to find the best-performing subject lines, content, timing, and email sequences.
· Make sure all campaigns follow email rules and regulations and best practices.
· Keep your email and lead databases clean and up to date.
· Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and ways to boost outbound performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Marketing, or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
· Strong writing skills, especially for sales-focused content.
· Good with numbers and analyzing campaign performance.
· Organized and able to juggle multiple email campaigns at once.
· Basic understanding of how to improve email deliverability and personalization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
