About the role – This position will oversee and execute - SMS, push notifications,
email campaigns including - communications calendar, customer segmentation,
Automation campaigns, promotions, events, reporting, and other CRM initiatives as
necessary. The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:
Ownership- You will be the sole owner for email marketing metrics and will be
expected to demonstrate an owner’s mind-set

solutions that create marketing benchmarks

intensive, and rapidly changing environment

various other drivers of business. High comfort with data and
analytic/graphing tools.
What you will do in this role
Managing CRM data daily, creating different reports as per the requirement &
filtering out the right data for the digital marketing team.
Build and implement lifecycle email marketing campaigns across early life, in-
life, and retention
Creating/editing email marketing template with a view to generate leads from
emailers
Creates innovative CLM approaches to achieve the weekly and 30-day active
user target for our app engagement. Sending push notifications to user
Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs
Encompassing a growth hacker mentality with the ability to test and scale
rapidly.
Manage reporting and measurement of performance to feed into exec level
management meetings
Report on conversion/lead generated from email marketing efforts
Coordinating with tech team for any digital marketing requirements.
What you should have
• Min of 3-4 years of experience in email marketing/digital design with a
marketing automation system required
• Experience in email marketing/digital design with a marketing automation
system required
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry best practices
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented, reliable and
dependable
• You will -have previous experience in a similar type role and ideally have a
background of working with apps and loyalty.
