About TargetBay:

TargetBay is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing automation SaaS company based out of Chennai and Atlanta. Clients use our products to increase their online sales through our personalized email marketing and reviews technologies. We have over 3,000 eCommerce companies using our product.

TargetBay is seeking an Email Specialist to help us drive customer engagement, loyalty and retention, both online and in store. Through the flawless delivery of targeted campaigns and by collaborating on strategy and insights, this role will be pivotal in putting the customer at the heart of the organization as our business continues to grow.

You should have a background rooted in email marketing with a focus on executing tests and using advanced email functionality to create a 1-on-1 user experience.

Experience: 3+ years

Timing: US Shift

· Managing and working with the Senior Director of Customer Retention to build overall email and SMS marketing strategy

· Creating email and SMS campaigns, flows, and triggers

· Working with Creative Planning to design and test email and SMS franchises, templates, and creative.

· Leverage insights to recommend changes to cadence, creative,e and testing

· Developing and presenting reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

· Developing a lead generation strategy to increase email and SMS subscriptions

· Working with the Senior Director to analyze data for actionable insights

· Creating email and SMS list segments based on behaviors like past engagement and website interactions

· Developing documentation and road maps for processes and A/B tests

· Work closely with the Manager of Site Merchandising to optimize the best landing page experience via email and SMS campaigns

· Act as day-to-day contact to third-party relationships such as ESPs and loyalty vendors

· 3+ years’ experience in Email and SMS Marketing, preferably within the ecommerce industry

· Power user of Klaviyo (or adjacent ESP) and can hit the ground running

· Experience creating responsive email design

· Experience with A/B testing and email personalization

· Accurate, systematic, and methodical

· Proactive problem-solving skills and highly organized

· Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes as needed

· Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills

· A positive attitude; you are kind, curious and self-aware
