We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and manage email campaigns that generate engagement, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate must have strong written English skills and proven experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
This role includes performance-based bonuses or commission payouts tied to campaign results and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Write compelling, high-converting email copy in professional English
Build and manage automation workflows
Segment email lists for targeted campaigns
Design and format email templates
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion rates
Optimize campaigns for revenue growth
Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR)
Provide monthly performance reports and insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in email marketing
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Understanding of automation, segmentation, and customer journeys
Knowledge of email performance metrics
Strong attention to detail
Compensation Structure
Competitive base salary or monthly retainer
Performance bonus based on campaign KPIs
Commission based on revenue generated from email campaigns
