Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Design and implement email campaigns, including creating compelling content, designing eye-catching templates, and optimizing for deliverability and engagement.
• Utilize email marketing automation platforms to schedule, deploy, and track campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize email content, subject lines, and targeting for improved results.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and Dedicated IP setup.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email copy.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign metrics to drive optimization strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members.
