Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, and experience with email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including creating email content, designing email templates, and segmenting email lists.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Develop and maintain email marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing and triggered campaigns.
• Collaborate with other teams, including content and design teams, to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and continuously improve email marketing skills and knowledge.
• Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of email campaigns.
• Provide support and training to team members on email marketing issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on email campaign development and execution
• Experience with email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and list management
• Experience with email campaign performance analysis and optimization
