We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent writing skills, and a passion for delivering compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Design and create visually appealing email templates and landing pages that adhere to brand guidelines.
Write compelling copy for email campaigns, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open and click-through rates.
Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria to ensure targeted messaging.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and designs to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics (such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Continuously optimize email campaigns for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
