Responsibilities
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional environment for our guests and team.
Responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs.
Maintain rooms inventory, reservations, and room assignments.
Provide concierge service for guests.
Promote the products and services of the hotel, ensuring better business growth.
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy.
Attend appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions.
Assist with luggage, storage, package delivery.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Observe and report security issues.
Proper observance of security checklists.
Guest room deliveries as requested.
Ensure the Front Desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Other duties as assigned to support operational needs and team objectives.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is an asset.
Previous reservation systems experience preferred but not required.
Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent guest service skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Excellent time-management and communication skills.
Adaptable to the demands of the day while maintaining company standards.
Must have a flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Wage: $22.26 per hour
Reports to: Front Desk Manager or designate
