Job Description
Develop embedded software for value added product to assist in achieving sales growth and the success of the corporate business. Participate in all phases of development including specification, detailed design, implementation, testing and design review. Provide support and training for developed products to related departments. Responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software following internally created design processes. Tasks can be very complex, but typically follow established general procedures and are carried out collaboratively with peer associates. Works with minimal direct supervision but communicates frequently with peers and supervisors on all aspects of development. Salary: $146,307-$157,216/year.
Requirements - Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent (M.S. preferred) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer or in software development projects.
Special skills - Experience with object-oriented software design, RTOS concepts, including multi-threading, synchronization, task scheduling and priority. Hybrid role - occasional work from home permitted.
