About the Role
• Design, develop, and test embedded hardware systems for UAV subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components.
• Select, evaluate, and integrate microcontrollers, sensors, and other hardware components.
• Develop and review schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools.
• Ensure hardware designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize designs for performance, power consumption, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development and testing.
• Participate in testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in embedded hardware engineering.
Qualifications
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrates a robust comprehension of digital and analog circuits, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Proficient in PCB design and layout utilizing CAD software, with a preference for KiCad.
• Well-versed in communication protocols such as MIPI, CAN, UART, I2C, SPI.
• Possesses knowledge of various sensors (e.g., accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and GPS) and their practical applications.
• Capable of deciphering and interpreting technical schematics and datasheets.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitudes.
• Displays excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Shows attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple tasks efficiently
