Experience : 04 - 08 Years
Skills Required:
Automotive Domain Knowledge Required.
Develop system and software requirements to satisfy the customer, safety, and applicable standards and regulations for Base software (Based on AUTOSAR architecture)
Defining structure, workflow, review and approval processes for requirements management.
Requirement’s clarification and definition for customer functionalities.
Setup and maintain DOORS infrastructure (e.g. formal modules, link modules etc.) for the project and create requirement baselines
Write detailed and clear software requirements
Prepare and conduct internal and stakeholder driven reviews.
Ensure close cooperation with the software architects and developers for deriving requirements and design.
Implementing a process for managing thousands of requirements from Automotive customers, achieving standards compliance, and ensuring traceability.
Coordinating with customer teams to manage the process of collecting, analyzing, refining and tracing requirements.
Making sure that teams are aligned to requirements management processes.
Helping design and/or acquire tools for validating requirements and design elements.
Supporting the development and management of requirements management and process documentation.
Participating in the change control board to handle changing requirements.
A practical requirement management application, as well as, experience leading requirements management flow, ideally on automotive projects.
4+ years of experience in defining requirements sanity validation tools and workflows.
Demonstrated experience generating compliance artifacts and participating in external audits.
A deep understanding and knowledge of standard automotive industry practices and safety certification standards.

: Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineer, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
