Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar. As an Embedded Software Team Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of embedded software solutions, lead and mentor a team of developers, and coordinate with other engineering teams. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining software for embedded systems, as well as reviewing code, providing technical guidance, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Embedded Software and Software Development
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and mentoring
• Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering principles
• Proficient in Programming languages relevant to embedded systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
