Overview:
• We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to spearhead multiple embedded Linux projects and manage teams of up to 20 engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as primary technical contact for customers, providing pre-sales support
• Perform hands-on development in C/C++ and system design, ensuring high-quality solutions
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical evaluations
• Lead architecture and development of board bring-up for SoCs (Marvell, NXP, TI, etc.)
• Evaluate project progress and ensure efficient delivery with full SDLC documentation and code reviews
Key Deliverables:
• Efficient project delivery
• High-quality embedded system solutions using Linux kernel and device drivers
• Successful customer engagement across US and Europe
