Embedded Software Engineer

IoT/AI is developing the world’s most advanced, cybersecure sensor/communications platform ever developed, with primary focus on Defense and Industrial markets. Founded by a team of engineers from NASA/Stanford and industry veterans, our platform is already in use around the world across many applications and represents the next generation of ruggedized, practical IoT.

Our current opening is for an Embedded Software Engineer that will work on our next-generation IoT platform, wireless networking, analytics, and related technologies to enable clients to do a host of other real-world, high- impact applications.

This role will have you joining our team of great, talented, and highly motivated engineers to develop our next-generation IoT platform. Required Skills:

· Embedded/IoT Programming Experience (MCU and/or Linux)

· RF/Wireless and/or other networking experience

· Programming in C, C++

· Communication protocol (I2C, UART, USB, SPI) implementation experience

· Enthusiastic, team-oriented, independent, positive, and motivated

· Knowledge and commitment to make practical, real, solid systems

Desired Skills:

· Understand electronic schematics, engineering drawings, and technical writing

· Knowledge of engineering principles -- design for testability, maintainability, and reusability

· Security experience- authentication (OpenAuth/ID) and/or encryption (AES, https)

· Experience developing test plans, conducting tests, troubleshooting software and firmware

· Background in electronics and/or mechanical design, assembly, and principles

· AWS Experience (EC2, EBS, ES, other services)

· Ability to communicate well and present and manage projects

· US Citizenship and/or US security clearance and/or CAC card
