Full job description
You will be responsible for handling a complete order cycle for embroidery and day-to-day office operations and coordination with 3rd parties, vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Knows how to operate a commerical embroidery machine.
Have experience working on commerical embroidery machines in a warehouse.
Be open to learn printing ways and techniques, if candidate does not have previous experience.
Handle order cycle for embroidery, film transfer, screen printing and other printing activites.
Candidate knows how to make production sheets and related production techniques to run day-to-day operations smoothly.
Receive materials from incoming delivery trucks or containers.
Inspect incoming goods for any damage, defects, or discrepancies.
Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or invoices and sign for deliveries.
Sort and stage items in designated receiving areas.
Order entry, doing blank pulls, assembling boxes for orders, creating shipping labels.
Order tracking and updating tracking sheets.
Booking shipments and coordinating them throughout the order cycle
Answer inbound telephone calls and call vendors for follow ups and collecting order related information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in handling tasks as mentioned above
Experience in using Microsoft Office is a must ( Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Experince with working in shipping and receiving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi task, time manage, prioritize, adapt and pivot as needed
This is an in-person position, we are not accepting remote work applications.
