🔍 Role Overview
Looking for an experienced EMC NetWorker (L3) Lead Administrator to manage enterprise backup & recovery operations, ensure platform stability, and lead critical incident handling.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end NetWorker administration (policies, scheduling, restores)
• Troubleshoot complex backup & performance issues
• Manage Data Domain & support Avamar
• Handle P1/P2 incidents, RCA, and improvements
• Drive automation and SOPs
✅ Required Skills
• Strong EMC NetWorker (L3) expertise
• Data Domain knowledge
• Linux & Windows administration
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Basic SAN (Brocade) understanding
