Role Senior ConsultantResponsibilities: Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in project throughout SDLC phase Conduct research and design of machine learning/deep learning models on banking transactional & demographic data; Understand end to end data & able to engineer all the possible features that can contribute to better model; Perform behavioral Analysis by combining all the data points; Understand existing ML Models and able to tweak for better results; Be Process-oriented adhere to CITI process + documentations throughout SDLC as per CITI standards; Be proactive & work independently and productively on any assigned task; Work closely & communicate effectively with our technology partners + other Stakeholders;Required Skills: Proven project experience using Machine Learning framework - Tensorflow, Keras, Sciki-learn, MXNET etc 4+ years hands on experience in data engineering, Machine learning & software development Strong Analytical skill with exposure to NLP, Machine Learning & Deep learning Experience with Dataiku is an advantage; 3+ years experience in PySpark & Python programming Experience with Banking domain is preferable with compliance background if further a plus Excellent in verbal and written communication, and presentation skills to engage various stakeholder Strong understanding of SDLC processes including all the project documentations Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have Skills Working experience with technical background Experience in international and multicultural environment
