Job Description
The EMEA Legal Entity Controller role oversees LE financial close process ensuring integrity and precision of LE financial statements tax filings reporting packages and other relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain understanding of each legal entity's jurisdiction to grasp financial accounting and reporting procedures considering complexities and effect of local laws on company protocols
• Spearhead timely assembly submission sign off of financial statements Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Cash Flow alongside local tax requirements internal reporting packages mandatory reports established accounting standards
• Review approve complex journal entries prepared by accounting teams
