Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Locations: Delhi/NCR | Bangalore | Gurgaon
Shift: 12 Hours
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to provide pre-hospital emergency care and patient transportation services. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical assistance in ambulance settings, ensuring patient safety, and supporting critical care interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, including trauma and cardiac cases
Operate and assist in ACLS ambulances during patient transport
Assess patient condition and administer appropriate emergency treatment
Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and assist with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) procedures
Ensure proper handling and usage of medical equipment in ambulances
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with hospitals and medical teams for seamless patient handover
Ensure ambulance readiness, hygiene, and equipment availability at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / DCCT
OR Bachelor’s in Emergency Care Technology
OR GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
Experience Required
Minimum 6–12 months of experience in ACLS ambulance services
Required Skills & Certifications
Certification or knowledge of:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Strong emergency response and patient handling skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Working Conditions
12-hour rotational shifts
Field-based role in ambulance emergency services
Requires physical stamina and quick decision-making
Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling critical care patients
Familiarity with emergency protocols and life-saving equipment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
