Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our team at Armadale Health Service. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care for individuals with mental illness, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse will:
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients with mental illness
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia. Other conditions apply, including criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process.
