About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator to join the Emerging Experiences Implementation team within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This individual will oversee the onboarding process for customers using Emerging Experiences products. Responsibilities include coordinating implementation tasks, providing customer support, and collaborating with external vendors for certain products. In this role, you will:

Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact

Develop communication and training plans

Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary

Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures

Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks

Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy

Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans

Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team

Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation

Strong relationship building / partnership skills

Job Expectations:

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$25.48 - $45.67
