Role Overview:
The Manager - Finance Operations would be responsible for revenue accounting, reporting and revenue assurance activities in new and upcoming business areas.
Role & Responsibilities:Support revenue calculation, accounting & reporting and assurance activities in new and upcoming business areas.Responsible for Revenue assurance to avoid revenue leakageManage internal and external stakeholders across geographies.Partner with Tech and Business teams for Change Management and possess transformational skills to drive revenue reporting and assurance processes towards automation.Statutory Internal Audit Co-ordination
Qualifications & Experience:
Semi Qualified / Qualified CA3+ years of experience with accounting, SAP, revenue reporting & revenue assurance (preferably in a startup)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with start-up dynamics and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Very strong command over MS Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Affinity for process automation.
