Event Management: Assist in planning and coordinating company-wide social events (both in-person at our London HQ and virtual), including summer socials, wellness workshops, and themed events.
Logistics & Coordination: Support the "behind the scenes" details for Company Meetings and Town Halls, including calendar management, slide deck preparation, and tech setup.
Employee Engagement: Research and plan creative ideas within our summer months that could celebrate special events within themes such as “employee wellbeing” or ED&I
CSR & Charity: Provide support for our charitable giving programs, coordinating volunteer days and tracking fundraising efforts.
Design & Brand: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create dynamic imagery and digital assets (infographics, posters, banners) that support our internal campaigns.
Operational Support: assist with budget tracking for events, manage distribution lists, and support the office support team with set up for monthly/annual events.
Who You Are?
Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, or a related field (aiming for a 2:1 or higher).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
Organisational Skills: Highly service-oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Fluency: Comfortable learning new platforms quickly (CMS, Intranets, Project Management tools).
Design Eye: Basic knowledge of design principles and a strong aesthetic sense.
People Person: You are adaptable, comfortable building relationships in a hybrid environment, and enthusiastic about company culture.
Eligibility: Must have the Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the internship.
