Potential initiatives may include optimizing workspace, leveraging technology, organizing recognition events such as Employee Appreciation Week, and enhancing daily experiences. Knowledge of internal processes is a plus, but we welcome fresh perspectives from external candidates!

The Compliance Business Oversight Manager offers guidance and support to the assigned portfolio, business, or function, ensuring adherence to all facets of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs consistent with the Bank's strategic direction and risk philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a specialized Compliance function or area
• Provide comprehensive support for significant business or functional areas across all legal entities where TD operates
• Deliver advanced analysis and specialized reporting to assist business partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert for a key area within Compliance
• Handle regulatory reviews including inquiries, audits, and examinations
• Identify and lead resolutions for complex program-related issues
Preferred Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience
