The Employee Engagement Manager will spearhead the enhancement of the employee experience within our Compliance group. This role focuses on creating and managing employee engagement programs that inspire positivity and enthusiasm in the workplace. You will introduce innovative strategies to energize our teams, ensuring every employee feels valued and equipped for success, whether working in-office or remotely. Potential initiatives may include optimizing workspace, leveraging technology, organizing recognition events such as Employee Appreciation Week, and enhancing daily experiences. This independent position is perfect for someone with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for revitalizing the workplace. Knowledge of internal processes is a plus, but we welcome fresh perspectives from external candidates!
Job Summary:
The Compliance Business Oversight Manager offers guidance and support to the assigned portfolio, business, or function, ensuring adherence to all facets of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs consistent with the Bank's strategic direction and risk philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a specialized Compliance function or area
• Provide comprehensive support for significant business or functional areas across all legal entities where TD operates
• Deliver advanced analysis and specialized reporting to assist business partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert for a key area within Compliance
• Handle regulatory reviews including inquiries, audits, and examinations
• Identify and lead resolutions for complex program-related issues
Preferred Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience
