Support the expansion of GenAI engineering excellence and tooling, contributing to Guidewire’s agentic platform and citizen developer initiatives. Assist in building self-service dashboards, automating manual tasks, and optimizing Workday processes for efficiency and security. Participate in agile product management practices, including sprint planning, documentation, and outcome measurement. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure a seamless employee experience. Draft and work towards career development goals in Workday, including at least one AI-related objective. What you’ll bring Required Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. Currently pursuing or recently completed a BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Good knowledge of AI automation tools. Understanding of APIs and utilization of Artificial Intelligence, especially within Workday. Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and cloud computing databases. Proficiency in Java, Python, JSON, and XML data formats. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Experience in internships focused on Artificial Intelligence. Knowledge of ERP systems.
