The Specialist should be willing to roll up their sleeves while still being capable of effectively interacting with senior leadership, all while demonstrating a clear commitment to our employees, our community, and our core values. The Specialist will play a central role in operationalizing programming specific to two core areas:

Employee Experience – Work alongside our Employee Experience team to drive meaningful engagement in the hybrid workplace by organizing and supporting programs related to employee onboarding, recognition, culture-building events, virtual engagement platforms, Global Town Halls and more. The Specialist will also support the creation and delivery of content, on platforms such as Unily and Slack, to support our internal communications strategy and programs.

We are looking for an exceptional, creative and action-oriented individual to help support our team and wider business goals by creating and scaling strategic and meaningful employee experience and social impact programs worldwide.

What You'll Bring:

• Knowledge and experience in the fields of CSR and Employee Engagement.
• Experience with DEI programming a plus.
• Deep understanding of how to interact with and energize a broad range of multi-generational, diverse employee groups.
