Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and people-centric Employee Experience Specialist to join our HR team. This role is perfect for individuals with an MBA or BBA who are passionate about enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and overall workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement activities and programs that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
Employee Well-being: Develop initiatives that support employee health, wellness, and work-life balance.
Feedback Management: Manage employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, analyze results, and propose actionable improvements.
Employee Communication: Facilitate open and transparent communication between employees and management to ensure a cohesive workplace environment.
Event Planning: Organize and execute company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Workplace Culture: Collaborate with leadership to strengthen and maintain a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
Employee Recognition: Develop and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
Retention Strategies: Assist in creating strategies to retain top talent by improving job satisfaction and work conditions.
Conflict Resolution: Provide support in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in employee engagement, human resources, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to create and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
