Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, leaves, promotions, relocations, and separations with precision.
• Perform accurate data entry using platforms such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, and SuccessFactors.
• Address complex HR issues efficiently and effectively, delivering timely support to employees.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and optimal results.
• Analyze HR-related data and processes to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
